In-Home/Office Workouts

  • If you don't have access to a gym, or don't have the time to travel to one, I can train you in your home or office. Thanks to my M.Y.O.B. style of training, you'll be amazed at how much can be accomplished with no equipment, and minimal equipment, some of which I can bring to you.

Nutrition Analysis

  • Based on your weekly food record, I will consult with you on foods to avoid, some healthier alternatives, and how what time you eat certain foods affects your ability to lose fat and build muscle.

Form Analysis Consultations for
Intermediate-to-Advanced Trainees

  • Even experienced trainees sometimes get stale, or let bad form slip into their routines, which leads to diminishing results. A periodic Form Analysis Consultation (I actually like to call them "tweaking" sessions) may be just what you need to get back on track. I can check your exercise form, offer a new routine for a body part, or show you some new variations on some old exercises.
