Small Group Training|
I am offering Small Group Training classes as an option for people who like working out with others, and are willing to trade off some degree of personalization for a reduced rate.
Sessions are 45 minutes, with records kept to document each participant's progress.
The limitations here, vs. Standard one hour training, are the need for everyone to do similar movements, and that classes are at a set time.
I am offering am currently offering a class at 7:30pm on Tue. and Thur. evenings.
