Q: Why the name "Reality Workouts"?|
A: I chose "Reality Workouts" because there are so many "myths" associated with weight training and fitness.
You don't have to be in the gym six days a week to develop a fit body. I only lift 3 days a week, and walk on the other 3-4 days. That's reality.
On the flip side of the coin, you are NOT going to spend 5 minutes on a stationary bike, do 2 or 3 sets of curls once or twice a week, and end up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Jennifer Lopez. That's reality.
I always educate my clients in the reality of what gets results. Most are pleasantly surprised to find how far a little discipline, a firm commitment, and correctly applied training will get them towards their goal of getting in better shape.
